Course Objectives:
The objectives of this subject are:
- To promote professional skills, entrepreneurship, knowledge and marketing skills through meaningful hands on experience and working in project mode.
- To build confidence through end to end approach in product development
- To acquire enterprise management capabilities including skills for project development and execution, accountancy, national/international marketing, etc.
After completing this program-
- In depth knowledge on bio-fertilizer organisms and application technologies
- Gain confidence in promoting the bio-fertilizer technology among the farmers
- Acquire profession skill in commercial production and marketing of bio-fertilizers
- Can join Bio-fertilizer companies as skilled technician
- Can start an agri- entrepreneurial venture on bio-fertilizer production
- Can work as agri-consultant specialized in Biofertilizer technology.
Learning Record:
The trainee will submit a Practice/Project/Learning record after each class/session.
Assessment Process:
- The assessment of the theory/knowledge will be based on a written test/viva-voce or both while the skill test shall be hands-on practical.
- Every trainee should score a minimum of 70% in the overall assessment.

Isolation of AM fungi -Wet sieving method and sucrose gradient method.

Mass multiplication of Biofertilizer
