Dr. Vivek Kumar

Dr. Vivek Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, School of Agricultural and Bioengineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi Campus, Odisha. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from IIT Kharagpur in the field of Food Process Engineering. He has more than 10 years of research/teaching experience and has published more than 15 research papers/reviews/book chapters in journals of national and international repute. His field of expertise is associated with drying, packaging, and food processing.
