Tapas Bantha

Tapas is very much passionate about learning and teaching. His passion for teaching laid him in teaching 2000+ students in the subject of human values and ethics/professional ethics and morals at UG level and 600+ students in the subject of organizational behaviour and change management at PG level for 6+ years. Before Academia, he has worked as a development professional with 20000+ marginalized community people at the remotest parts of South India in the area of capacity building, skill building and people's self-governance for 2 years with national/international funding partners i.e.- NABARD, Welthungerhilfe(WHH), Bread for the World (BFTW). These experiences really changed his mindset and made him understand human behaviour at its core.
Tapas pursued his PhD (Full-Time) in the Organizational Behaviour area at Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) and was awarded CUTM Doctoral Fellowship. His PhD dissertation has focused on exploring the association between an individual's workplace spirituality and an individual's work engagement levels in the context of young millennials who are working in US Fortune 500 MNCs (Manufacturing/Service Industries) operating in PAN-India.
