Prof. Ashok Misra is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics, School of Applied Sciences, Paralakhemundi Campus and the Head of the Center for Computational Mathematics, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics on the topic entitled “Study on Different Aspects of Two-Phase Flow Phenomena” from Berhampur University, Berhampur, India in the year 2003. He has over 24 years of teaching and 10 years of research experiences. He has published 60+ research articles in National and International Refereed Journals and 14 book chapters in reputed Book series. He has authored 8 books. He has also published a Patent entitled “Enhancement of Thermal Conductivity through best Nanoparticle and Liquid Pairing” in the year 2015. He has produced 8 Ph.D. scholars and is presently guiding 3 Ph.D. scholars. He has participated, delivered invited talks and also chaired in 27 National and International Conferences/Seminars till date. He is the reviewer of 6 International Peer-reviewed journals. He has visited Mauritius in 2011 & Botswana, Africa in 2012 & Nepal in 2016 to deliver Invited research talks. He is a life member of ISTE, OMS, ISRD & IAENG. His areas of research interest are Dusty Fluids, Nano Fluids, and Computational Fluid Dynamics..
