Dr. ArdhenduMouli Mohanty has an experience of 45 years, 35 years in the industry and 10 years in academics. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Sambalpur University in the year 1973. He obtained M.Tech in Production Science & Technology from IIT Kharagpur and PhD in Welding Engineering from IIT Madras. JoinedBHEL as an Engineering Trainee and worked in BHELfor 16 years.He was a shop floor engineer and worked in pressure vessel fabrication, a part of the team to start and manage Welding Research Institute. Worked as welding specialist for boilers, ship building and in erection sites. He worked 19 years in Paradeep Phosphates Ltd as Chief  of Inspection and Head of Maintenance and Head of Projects specialized in renovation and capacity expansion projects of the fertilizer plant. Joined Centurion University in 2010 as Principal CIT, presently Pro Vice Chancellor at Centurion University engaged in teaching skill domains, academic administration and research. The main area of research is Welding and Electro Discharge Machining
