Food Processing Domain Student’s stall in UtkalKrishiMela 2022

Students from the food processing domain prepared and showcased soy based products viz. Tofu, flavoured soy milk and okara (by-product) in the Utkalkrishimela 2022 that took place during 10th -11th March 2022. The products were appreciated and liked by farmers and other visitors as it is a great way for value-addition of soy seeds and income generation.
