Go To Market Domain is an innovative Digital Product Development approach from PPR- a Product itself or a Process or Resource. End to end products are designed digitally, validated digitally, Prototyped digitally, manufactured digitally and finally launched digitally. It is beneficial for Multi-disciplinary Students who can use 3D Experience Platform of Dassault Systemes -CATIA, SIMULIA, DELMIA, and ENOVIA.

Domain Track Objectives:

We would like to introduce a domain entitled “Go to Market Domain” by 3D-Experience team members in our reputed university “Centurion University of Technology & Management”. The main emphasis upon which the Go to Market (GTM) Domain course has been developed is based upon the hands-onpractice-based learning of computer aided design (CAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The domain has been sub-divided into four basic subsequent and interdependent steps to solve real life industrial problems based upon computational approach. The first step is “Design Thinking and Managing Innovation Through GATE Process”; that deals with market study and customer needs for a particular product upon which the project has been initiated. The second step is “PLM Tools on Dassault Platform (Design and Validation using Dymola, Catia, Simulia)”; that deals with the feasibility of products with system engineering Dymola, creating the digital products using Catia, and quality checking validation testing of products using Simulia. The third step is “Process management (Using Enovia)”; that deals with the project life cycle management of products. The last and the forth step is “Product Development”; that deals with the actual digital prototype development of the product.

  • To familiarise the student with Industrial Product Life Cycle Management Processes
  • Teach Dassault tools for PLM
  • Develop digital prototypes of the products and validate them and innovate for design efficiency

Digital Product Development Approach:

Methodology:

The first 100 days in a new role is exhilarating, challenging, and a ton of problem solving. You get dropped into a war zone, with a team, partners, processes, and you have to figure out how to start driving value quickly. You have peers and other teams to your left and right who are part of a broader equation, but critical to your success. You have your boss, who has high expectations of you. And, you just walked in the door to the beginning of the rest of your life. Where do you start?
